What types of licenses does NAVURE offer?

Trial, Student, Professional+, and Educational.
Student: free, valid on one device, limit of 2,000 rows × 15 columns.
Professional+: annual subscription, no row/column limits, advanced features.


How do I register and obtain the Student License?
  1. Register at www.navure.com using email or Google.
  2. Log in.
  3. Go to the Student License section and copy the key displayed (also sent by email).

How do I purchase the Professional+ license?
  1. Register / log in at www.navure.com.
  2. Go to www.navure.com/licences.
  3. Select Professional+, choose quantity, and complete checkout.
  4. Purchased licenses are linked to the buyer’s account.

How do I activate NAVURE with my key?
  1. Download and install NAVURE from Get Latest Version (or Downloads).
  2. When the app opens for the first time, enter your registered email and license key.
  3. Click Activate (requires Internet connection).

How do I assign purchased licenses to other users?
  1. Log in to your account → Licenses.
  2. Locate the license and click Manage license.
  3. Use Add activation permission for third party and enter the recipient’s email.
  4. The assigned user will receive instructions by email.

How do I move a license to another computer?
  1. Uninstall NAVURE on the current computer.
  2. Install NAVURE on the new computer.
  3. Enter the license key and registered email (optional: nickname to identify the device).

What if I see the error “maximum number of devices allowed”?
  1. Log in to the website → Licenses.
  2. Open Manage License and review the list of devices.
  3. Select the device to unlink and click Deactivate.
  4. Then activate normally on the new machine.

How do I change or replace a license (e.g., Student → Professional+)?
  • Option 1: Home → License → Delete → restart the app → enter the new key.
  • Option 2: NAVURE → Licenses → Change → enter new license key → restart.

What is the validity of Professional+?

Professional+ is an annual subscription. When it expires, the account automatically downgrades to Student License if not renewed.


What are the key restrictions?
  • Student: one computer, table size limited to 2,000 rows × 15 columns.
  • Professional+: no limits, advanced features, priority support, watermark-free exports.
