General

NAVURE is designed for several types of users:

  • Data analysts who need to import tables, run statistical procedures and generate graphs and reports.
  • Students and teachers learning statistics or using the tool in class (the Student edition is free).
  • Advanced professionals requiring complex features like PLS, RF Regression, mixed linear models, experimental design generators and advanced exports.
  • Educational institutions and companies deploying licenses for several users (Educational or Enterprise).

If you work with data and want a tool that combines the simplicity of a ribbon-style interface with the power of R, NAVURE is a solid choice.

NAVURE covers the full statistical analysis workflow:

  • Data handling: import, clean, transform and categorize tables.
  • Statistical procedures: univariate (ANOVA, regression, correlation, t-test) and multivariate (PLS, clustering, principal components).
  • Graphics: generation and advanced editing of statistical plots.
  • Reports: export to Word, PDF, CSV, EPUB and more.
  • R scripting: native integration to run your own R code.
  • Project management: save and reopen complete jobs with data, analyses and reports.

NAVURE is the natural evolution of the statistical software work started by the team at the Universidad Nacional de Cordoba in the 1990s, the same lineage that produced InfoStat. Users coming from InfoStat will find:

  • Methodological continuity: statistical procedures are built with the same academic rigor, validated against established statistical literature.
  • Native IDB2 import: InfoStat data files can be opened directly in NAVURE without intermediate conversions.
  • Modern interface: updated ribbon-style design, fine-grained chart control, native R integration and advanced modules (PLS, mixed models, experimental designs).
  • Active platform: regular releases, professional support and a roadmap focused on improving the experience and expanding procedures.

NAVURE is developed by a team of researchers, software engineers and educators based at the Universidad Nacional de Cordoba (UNC), Argentina, with a track record of more than three decades in statistical software applied to scientific research.

  • Dr. Julio Alejandro Di Rienzo — Scientific director and project lead. Former Full Professor of Statistics and Biometry at the Facultad de Ciencias Agropecuarias (UNC), where he led the development of reference statistical software in Latin America for over three decades.
  • Mauricio Di Rienzo — Principal Engineer. Software Engineer and Biologist (UNC), with over 10 years of experience in data-driven software development across technology, cybersecurity and agro-industrial sectors.
  • Extended team — engineers, statisticians and educators sharing the vision of rigorous, accessible statistical analysis.
  • External consultants — independent researchers contributing methodological review and statistical validation (Dr. Fernando Casanoves, Dr. Raul Macchiavelli — Penn State / UPR, Dr. Pablo Paccioretti — UNC).

The project started in 2021 as a natural evolution of the statistical software work carried out at UNC since the 1990s, and now has more than four years of active development and regular releases.

Licenses

NAVURE has four editions:

  • Trial: free, ideal for evaluation. No registration or account required: simply download Navure from www.navure.com/download/ and install it. If you later acquire a license, you can enter the key from the License tab inside the app. Limit of 150 rows and 8 columns; saving, export and reports are restricted.
  • Student: free, requires registration at navure.com. Valid on one device. Limit of 2,000 rows and 15 columns; advanced features blocked (advanced graphics, PLS / FCLUST / MCLUST / RF Regression / Ridge / LASSO models, heat maps, imputation, advanced experimental designs, professional export, AI assistant, and others). See the comparison question below for details.
  • Professional+: annual subscription (1 to 10 years), requires registration and purchase. No row/column limits and all advanced features enabled.
  • Educational: license for educational settings (teachers, institutions and academic projects), no functional restrictions. Not available via checkout: it is requested by writing to support@navure.com with the institution details. Expires on a defined date and automatically downgrades to Student afterward.

The Student edition is intended for classes, practice and small academic datasets; Professional+ is the full edition for research, consulting and professional work. Main differences:

  • Table size: Student is limited to 2,000 rows × 15 columns; Professional+ has no limit.
  • Watermark: Student embeds a watermark on every chart and report. Professional+ exports without watermark.
  • Professional export: in Student, PDF, SVG and XLSX formats are restricted. Professional+ enables export to PDF, PNG, SVG, XLSX and others, ready for papers, theses and client reports.
  • Advanced graphics: Student does not allow chart filters, conditional formatting nor fine-grained control over series, axes, palettes, labels and annotations. Professional+ enables the full customization panel and the complete chart library (scatter, bars, boxplots, violins, profiles, density, dendrograms, among others), zoom and drill-down.
  • Conditional formatting in tables: Professional+ only.
  • Advanced models: Student blocks PLS, FCLUST, MCLUST, RF Regression, Ridge, LASSO, multinomial models, missing-value imputation, heat maps and rotations. Professional+ includes them all.
  • Advanced experimental designs: Latin square, lattice, alpha and BIBD/PBIBD are available only in Professional+.
  • GPT-powered AI assistant: Professional+ only, to ask about procedures, get suggestions and accelerate report generation.

The full feature comparison is available at www.navure.com/licences.

Licenses purchased before July 4, 2025 are considered lifetime: the version installed at that time keeps working in full forever. What is lost when the license expires is access to new updates.

If the app shows a version-not-supported error (VERSION_MISMATCH), there are two options:

  1. Install a version compatible with your license: visit www.navure.com/download/. If your license is older and no compatible version appears in the main grid, expand the View older versions section at the bottom of the page and download from the historical list.
  2. Purchase a new license to access recent versions.
Invitations

It is an invitation to use one of the devices of a Pro+ or Educational license that the owner assigned to you by email (or that an admin pre-assigned to your address). When you accept it, the license is linked to your account and you can activate Navure on your PC with the key you receive.

The owner can assign you one or more devices; each one counts as a slot inside their license.

  1. Log in at www.navure.com.
  2. Click your avatar (top right) → Invitations. You can also reach it via My account → sidebar Licenses → Invitations.
  3. The License invitations screen lists your pending ones with who shared them, the days you have left to accept and the current status.

If you have unanswered invitations you will see a violet dot with the count on the avatar and next to the Invitations menu item.

  1. Go to My account → Invitations.
  2. On the matching card click Accept (green button).
  3. The All set, you've got your license! modal opens with your Username (email) and Activation key, both copyable.
  4. Pick the tab that fits:
    • I don't have Navure yet → follow the steps to download and install.
    • I have it installed → follow the steps to activate the license from the app (License tab → Change License).
  5. Close the modal when you're done.

Either works. The email link takes you straight to the accept flow inside your account shell — it is the same as opening My account → Invitations and clicking Accept on that card. If you prefer to go in manually or the link broke, going through your account works the same.

Click Decline on the invitation card. The invitation is marked as Declined and the person who invited you will see the change in their panel (Assigned section). The slot returns to available so they can reassign it.

Yes. Each invitation shows Accept before [date] and a chip with the days left (green, or amber when ≤3 days remain). Once it expires it moves to Expired state and you have to ask the owner to resend it from their panel.

The key is visible in My account → Licenses alongside your other licenses. The row carries a Shared tag and the eye (reveal) and copy icons next to the key.

If you still want the original email, ask the license owner to use Resend email from their panel.

Account

Yes. Both initial registration and subsequent logins support Google authentication in addition to the email and password scheme. On the Sign in or Register screen, select Continue with Google and authorize access from the corresponding Google account.

The email associated with the Google account becomes the identity of the NAVURE account and must be used when activating the desktop software.

  1. Go to www.navure.com/login/ and click Forgot your password?.
  2. Enter the email associated with the account and request the reset link.
  3. Open the email received and click the Reset password link. If it does not appear in the inbox, check the spam folder.
  4. Set the new password in the form and confirm. From that point, you can sign in with the new password.

If the account was created with Google, no local password exists: sign-in is always performed via Continue with Google.

  1. Sign in and open My account → Edit profile (sidebar Profile).
  2. Update the email field and save the changes.

The new email becomes the account identifier and must be used when activating NAVURE on the desktop. Existing licenses and activated devices remain linked to the account.

If the previous email is inaccessible and the change is blocked, write to support@navure.com for assistance.

  1. Sign in and open My account → Change password (sidebar Profile).
  2. Enter the current password, the new password and the confirmation.
  3. Save the changes.

Account deletion is processed manually. To request it, write to support@navure.com from the email associated with the account, expressly stating the deletion request.

Note that deletion implies deactivating associated licenses and losing the purchase history linked to the account.

Activation

NAVURE runs on Windows (Windows 10 and Windows 11). There is currently no native version for macOS or Linux.

If you are on Mac or Linux you can run it inside a Windows virtual machine or a compatibility layer like Wine, but those setups are not officially supported.

  • Windows 10 or later (64-bit).
  • Modern dual-core CPU or better.
  • 4 GB RAM (8 GB recommended for large datasets).
  • 500 MB of free disk space for installation.
  • Internet connection required for the initial activation and periodic re-validations.

Up-to-date requirements are also listed on the Downloads page.

Each Professional+ license enables one device. The number of devices available to distribute equals the number of Professional+ licenses purchased.

If you purchase several Professional+ licenses, the account will hold the same number of devices, which can be used on owned computers and/or assigned to other people via the Share with third parties section (see the assignment question).

One device is consumed per PC where NAVURE is activated. If a computer is no longer in use, its slot can be released from Manage License → Devices → Deactivate.

  1. Go to www.navure.com/download/ and download the latest installer.
  2. Close NAVURE if it is running.
  3. Run the downloaded installer. The installation detects the existing version and updates it, preserving user configuration and projects.
  4. Open NAVURE: the license remains activated on the device, with no key re-entry required.

After an update, the application performs an automatic re-validation against the server on the next launch.

NAVURE is uninstalled like any Windows application: open Settings → Apps → Installed apps (or Control Panel → Programs and Features), find Navure in the list and select Uninstall.

Uninstalling does not automatically free the device slot on the server. If you plan to reinstall on a different device, deactivate the device from My account → Licenses → Manage License → Devices → Deactivate before (or after) uninstalling.

  1. Register at www.navure.com using email or Google.
  2. Log in.
  3. Go to the Student License section and copy the key displayed (also sent by email).
  1. Register or log in at www.navure.com.
  2. Go to www.navure.com/licences.
  3. Select Professional, choose quantity and complete checkout.
  4. Purchased licenses are linked to the buyer's account and can be assigned to other users from there.
  1. Download and install Navure from the How to activate sidebar in your account (or from the Downloads page).
  2. When the app opens for the first time, enter your registered email and license key.
  3. Click Activate (requires Internet on first activation).

Activation links the license to that machine.

Yes. Initial activation requires Internet, but afterward NAVURE works offline. The app re-validates automatically when:

  • the version is updated,
  • local usage counter exceeds 25 opens, or
  • more than 8 days passed without a successful validation.

If NAVURE cannot contact the server, it keeps working for up to 60 more days. After that grace period the license falls back to Trial until validation succeeds again.

Management

All license administration is performed from My account at www.navure.com. You can access it by clicking your avatar (top right) or via the My account item in the main menu.

The account sidebar groups options into two blocks:

  • Licenses: Licenses (list and management panel), Invitations (received invitations) and Purchase history.
  • Profile: Edit profile and Change password.

The Manage License button on each owned license opens the panel where active devices and assigned people are administered.

The key for any license linked to your account is available in My account → Licenses. Each row of the list shows the key hidden by default, alongside two icons:

  • Eye: reveals the key on screen.
  • Copy: sends the key to the clipboard so it can be pasted in NAVURE when activating.

This applies both to owned licenses (those purchased by the user) and to those received by invitation (which carry the Shared tag).

If you need to activate NAVURE on a new PC, copy the key from here, open the application and enter it next to the registered email.

In My account → Licenses you will see two row types:

  • Owned: licenses you bought. They show the Manage License button so you can manage devices, invite people and renew.
  • Shared: licenses someone else assigned to you (and you accepted). They carry a Shared tag next to the type and only show View detail (read-only). You can copy the key and activate Navure, but you cannot manage the owner's devices.
  1. Log in and go to My account.
  2. In the sidebar (or from the avatar dropdown) click the violet + Buy license button.
  3. Complete the Professional+ checkout. The number of licenses defines how many devices you can split between yourself and other users.

The Student edition is not purchased — it is delivered free when you register.

Go to My account → sidebar Licenses → Purchase history. You will find the details of each transaction (date, product and number of licenses purchased).

  1. Go to My account → Licenses.
  2. In the Student card (Your free key section) click Regenerate.
  3. Confirm in the Regenerate Student key dialog.

The previous key stops working immediately. Then open Navure and from the License tab click Change License with the new key.

  1. Log in and go to My account → Licenses.
  2. On the license row click Manage License.
  3. Scroll to the Share with third parties section and check the In use / Reserved / Available counters.
  4. Click + Add person.
  5. Fill in Name, Email and Activations (how many slots you assign), then click Assign.
  6. The person receives an email with their key + instructions. When they accept, the device is registered on their account.

Only Professional+ and Educational licenses with free devices can be shared. If Available is 0, the + Add person button is disabled.

In Manage License → Assigned, find the person's row and click Resend email. The email with the key and activation instructions is sent again.

If you need to resend to several people, tick the row checkboxes and use the N selected bar with Resend email to all.

  1. In Manage License → Assigned, find the person's row.
  2. Click Remove and confirm Are you sure? The person will lose access to the license.

The slot returns to Available and you can reassign it to someone else.

  1. Go to My account → Licenses → Manage License.
  2. In the Devices section, locate the PC to unlink (you can filter by OS, IP, PC ID or version).
  3. Click Deactivate on the corresponding row.

The slot becomes available so Navure can be activated on another PC with the same key. If the deactivated PC is reopened, it will show a license error and require re-activation.

  1. If the old PC is still activated, free its slot first via Manage License → Devices → Deactivate (see previous question).
  2. Install Navure on the new PC.
  3. Open the app, enter your email + key and click Activate.

If Navure was already running with another license, use the License tab → Change License to enter the new key without reinstalling.

Usage

All general preferences are adjusted from the Configuration screen of the application. There you will find sections for language, decimal separator, missing-value color, table options, R interpreter, notifications, tutorials and experimental options.

After modifying any option, click Apply. Some preferences (such as language change) require restarting NAVURE to take effect; the Configuration screen itself will indicate this when applicable.

  1. Open the Configuration screen.
  2. In the Language section, select English or Spanish.
  3. Click Apply.
  4. Close and re-open NAVURE. The interface will appear in the chosen language.
  1. Open the Configuration screen.
  2. In the Decimal separator section, choose Comma (,) or Period (.).
  3. Click Apply.

This option is useful for users from regions where the comma is used as decimal separator: NAVURE will read and interpret numeric data following that convention.

NAVURE checks whether a newer version is available each time the application starts. When an update is detected, it notifies the user with a prompt; the actual installation always requires confirmation: it is never installed silently.

Manual checking is also available via the Check for updates button in the application.

The update process preserves projects, configuration and user files. As an extra safety net, NAVURE performs periodic auto-saves (see the question on work recovery).

Yes. NAVURE uses an R interpreter to run advanced statistical procedures, and R must be installed separately on the PC.

Supported versions: from R 3.6.3 through R 5.0.0, with the exception of R 4.1.0 to R 4.1.3 (not compatible).

Once R is installed, open the NAVURE Configuration screen and, in the R Interpreter section, select the version to use (the option is available in the Professional+ and Educational editions). If the installed version is not compatible, NAVURE will show "Unsupported version".

R can be downloaded for free from the official site: cran.r-project.org.

NAVURE includes a dedicated screen to update the R packages it uses internally. From the menu corresponding to the R interpreter, open the Update packages option: a list of installed packages with their current and available versions appears. Select the packages to update and confirm.

The process requires Internet connection. After updating, NAVURE may request a restart so the new packages load correctly.

When a dataset exceeds the size supported by the active license, NAVURE shows an informational message such as "This version supports N rows/columns" and limits the data input to the maximum allowed. The excess data is not imported nor processed.

Limits reminder:

  • Trial: 150 rows × 8 columns.
  • Student: 2,000 rows × 15 columns.
  • Professional+ and Educational: no limit.

To work with larger datasets, upgrade to Professional+ from your account.

Yes. NAVURE performs a periodic auto-save of open projects (every 10 minutes by default; the interval is configurable from the Configuration screen).

When the application is reopened after an unexpected close, NAVURE detects the previous session and offers to reopen the recovered project. Data, analyses and charts as of the last auto-save are preserved.

Recommendation: after an unexpected close, save the recovered project under a different name before continuing.

NAVURE supports the following formats when opening or importing data:

  • Excel: .xlsx
  • CSV and delimited text: .csv, .txt
  • InfoStat: .IDB2 (native import, no intermediate conversion)
  • R scripts: .R
  • NAVURE projects: .nv, .nvg, .nvr

The open dialog automatically filters by these formats. For data coming from other tools, first export to Excel or CSV from the source tool and open the file from NAVURE.

This is a typical case of CSV files saved with a character encoding different from the one NAVURE expects by default. The simplest fix:

  1. Open the original file in Excel.
  2. Use Save as and choose CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited).
  3. Re-import the file in NAVURE: accents and special characters will display correctly.

Alternative: if you have the file in Excel format, import the .xlsx directly into NAVURE; the accent issue does not appear in that format.

NAVURE allows exporting the report panel content to multiple professional formats:

  • Documents: PDF, Word (DOCX) and HTML.
  • Result tables: CSV and Excel (XLSX).
  • Charts: PDF, PNG, SVG and other vector formats.

On export, NAVURE opens a dialog to choose destination and name. The starting folder is the last one used in the session.

Important: in the Student edition, exported reports and charts include an embedded watermark and professional formats (PDF, SVG, XLSX) are restricted. Professional+ exports without watermark and with all formats enabled.

Yes. NAVURE preserves backward compatibility with projects generated by previous versions. When opening an older project, the application automatically adapts its structure to the current format.

Recommendation: after opening an older project, use Save as with a different name. This keeps the original file untouched and lets you work on a copy already in the current format.

If you find a project that does not open correctly, write to support@navure.com attaching the file and your current NAVURE version.

NAVURE projects (.nv files) are self-contained: they include the imported data, performed analyses, charts and generated reports. To share a project, simply send that file via your preferred channel (email, cloud storage, etc.).

The colleague receiving the file needs:

  • NAVURE installed on their PC with an active license (Trial, Student, Professional+ or Educational).
  • A NAVURE version equal to or newer than the one used to create the project.

If the colleague opens the project under a more limited license than the author's (e.g., Student opening a project authored in Professional+ with large data or advanced procedures), some elements may be displayed but not recalculated.

The AI assistant is a feature exclusive to Professional+ that helps guide statistical analyses, suggest procedures suited to the type of data and accelerate report generation. It appears as a panel within the application and shows contextual notifications while you work.

How to disable the assistant notifications:

  1. Open the Configuration screen.
  2. In the Notifications section, uncheck Show AI assistant message.
  3. Click Apply.

For specific questions about the assistant's scope, the service's terms of use and how information is handled, write to support@navure.com.

The most-used shortcuts are the standard Windows ones:

  • Ctrl + Z: undo the last action.
  • Ctrl + Y: redo.
  • Ctrl + C / Ctrl + V / Ctrl + X: copy, paste and cut (in tables and reports).
  • Ctrl + S: save the current project.
  • Ctrl + F: search within the active table.

In addition, the ribbon menus and dialogs expose access keys (the underlined letter when pressing Alt).

Subscription

Professional is a subscription you can purchase for periods from 1 to 10 years. The system warns you 10 days before expiration with a "Subscription about to expire" message.

Any paid license (Professional+ or Educational), upon expiration, automatically downgrades to the Student edition. The app remains usable under Student limits (2,000 rows × 15 columns and functional restrictions), and it can be renewed or replaced with a new license at any time.

Per-edition details:

  • Professional+: after the expiration date there is a grace period of up to 30 days during which NAVURE keeps working with renewal warnings. Once that window ends, a final dialog offers three options — Continue (closes the app), Enter new license (lets you activate another license) or Trial version (continues under Student limits).
  • Educational: when the license reaches its scheduled downgrade date, NAVURE converts it to Student automatically and shows a notice, without an additional grace period.

To renew or replace the license, see the related question below.

From the app, open the License tab → Change License button → enter your email + the new key → confirm.

The previous key is deactivated on that PC and the new one takes the slot. No reinstall required.

Purchases

The full process, from your first visit to having NAVURE activated on your PC, takes the following steps:

  1. Create an account or sign in. At www.navure.com, click Sign in or Register in the top bar. You can register with email and password, or with your Google account.
  2. Go to the pricing page. From the main menu, go to Prices (or directly to www.navure.com/licences) and click Purchase Professional+ on the corresponding card.
  3. Choose quantity and duration. On the first checkout step, indicate how many licenses to purchase and for which period (from 1 to 10 years). The total price updates on screen as the selection changes.
  4. Confirm the account. If you had not signed in yet, you will be asked to complete the sign-in here. The purchase is linked to that account.
  5. Choose the payment method. Select PayPal, Mercado Pago (Argentina only) or Bank transfer. Each option shows its specific gateway when you continue.
  6. Complete the payment.
    • PayPal: you are redirected to the PayPal site to confirm the operation.
    • Mercado Pago: enter buyer and card details in the Mercado Pago secure form.
    • Bank transfer: the order is left in pending state and the team sends you instructions to complete the payment.
  7. Wait for confirmation. For PayPal and Mercado Pago, confirmation is immediate. For bank transfer, it is confirmed once the payment is credited.
  8. View and copy the key. Once the purchase is credited, the new license appears in My account → Licenses. Use the eye icon to reveal it and the copy icon to send it to the clipboard.
  9. Activate NAVURE on the PC. If you do not have the application installed yet, download it from www.navure.com/download/ and install it. Open NAVURE, enter your email and the key, and click Activate. If NAVURE was already activated with another license, use the License → Change License tab.

For institutional or volume purchases, this flow is replaced by a personalized quote — see the volume discounts question below.

NAVURE accepts the following payment methods:

  • PayPal — available worldwide, charged in the currency of your PayPal account.
  • Mercado Pago — available only for customers in Argentina, charged in Argentine pesos.
  • Bank transfer — common option for institutional and volume purchases.

For individual purchases, the method selected at checkout is used. For institutional or volume purchases, conditions are agreed based on the personalized quote requested at www.navure.com/quote/.

If you require a payment method not listed above, write to support@navure.com.

Yes. Research groups, universities, educational institutions and companies can access volume licensing with differentiated terms.

  1. Go to www.navure.com/quote/.
  2. Fill the form indicating the estimated number of devices.
  3. The team replies within 1 business day with a detailed proposal covering pricing, applicable discounts and payment options.

Renewal extends the expiration of the same license: the activation key does not change, the number of covered devices stays the same and you do not need to reinstall anything. To do it:

  1. Go to My account → Licenses and click Manage on the license you want to renew.
  2. The expiration strip appears at the top. If the license expires soon (≤30 days) or already expired, you will see the Renew license button.
  3. In step 1 choose how many years to add (1 to 10) and the currency (USD or ARS). The system instantly shows the price calculation and the new expiration date.
  4. Continue to payment (same flow as a purchase: Mercado Pago, card or bank transfer).
  5. When the payment is confirmed, the expiration updates automatically and you receive a mail with the details.

Calculation rule: if the license is still active, the years are added from the current expiration date (you do not lose the remaining days). If it already expired, the years are added from the day of payment.

NAVURE also notifies the upcoming expiration 10 days in advance with a "Subscription about to expire" message inside the application.

For institutional or volume renewals, write to support@navure.com or request a new quote at www.navure.com/quote/.

The prices published at www.navure.com/licences are expressed in US dollars (USD). The Argentine peso (ARS) conversion shown alongside is indicative only and may vary depending on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.

The final amount charged on confirmation is determined at checkout and depends on country, currency and the conditions applicable to each customer type.

Support

Email us at support@navure.com with: your registered email, license code, NAVURE version, operating system and, if applicable, a screenshot of the error message.

We try to reply as fast as possible:

  • Critical incidents (cannot activate, app does not open, blocking issue): same day.
  • Functional or technical questions: within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Improvements or suggestions: we review and reply when possible, no fixed timeframe.

The more info you send (version, screenshot, steps to reproduce), the faster we can help.

It means all available devices of the license are already in use and there is no free slot left for this PC.

  1. Log in to the website and go to My account → Licenses.
  2. Open Manage License and review the Devices section.
  3. Select the PC that is no longer in use and click Deactivate.
  4. Return to the application and enter your email and key to activate normally on the new machine.

NAVURE shows clear messages when something fails during activation. The most frequent ones:

  • "The email or activation code you entered are invalid, please verify them and retry." — Check there are no leading or trailing spaces and that email and key match the license. If you copied the key from an email, make sure the full string was selected.
  • "E-mail doesn't match with activation code" — The key belongs to another account. Activate with the email used to purchase the license, or the email the device was assigned to if you received an invitation.
  • "Invalid account" — The account was not recognized by the server. Verify the email or contact support if the issue persists.
  • "Max number of licenses reached" — All available devices are in use. Free one from Manage License → Devices → Deactivate on the website (see previous question).
  • "The license you entered has expired. Valid up to version X." — The installed NAVURE version is newer than the one covered by the license (typical for lifetime licenses). Use the Download link in the message, or visit Downloads and expand View older versions if your license is older. Alternatively, purchase a new license to access the latest versions.
  • "License is not valid for X version" — Variant of the previous case when the system does not know the last compatible version. Same options: install a compatible version or renew the license.
  • "Invalid product" — The license does not match the installed product. Verify you downloaded the correct installer from Downloads.
  • "We could not connect to the licensing service. Check your Internet connection and try again." — Temporary connectivity or server issue. Retry, try a different network or, if the problem persists, contact support.
  • "An unexpected error occurred while processing the license. Please try again." — Generic error for an uncovered situation. Retry the activation; if it appears again, contact support with a screenshot.

If the message you see is not on this list or the issue persists after the suggested steps, email support@navure.com with a screenshot of the error and your NAVURE version.

NAVURE compares the current OS date with the last successful validation. If your clock is more than 1 day behind the last validation, the app closes to prevent manipulation.

Fix: set the correct system time and timezone (Windows: Settings → Time & language → Sync now) and re-open NAVURE.
